White God – Sunday May 17th, 2pm

Price: $20

Breaking a Monster w/a performance from Unlocking the Truth – Friday May 15th, 8pm

This rock’n’roll story of teenage African American metal band Unlocking the Truth and their white, old school manager Alan Sacks is sharp, precise and finely-tuned where many music documentaries are fatuous and self-congratulating.

Price: $20

Special Screenings: Details to be added when the programing lineup is finalized.

Individual Tickets to film screenings: If you plan to attend the festival but do not purchase a pass, you can still attend film screenings or panels by waiting in the Rush/Standby line and purchasing an available ticket after passholders have been seated. Individual tickets for film screenings are a suggested donation of $10. Non-pass holders pay at the time of admission and are seated based on seat availability after all pass holders have been seated. Just so you know, in our past years there has hardly been a screening where no one from the Q has been admitted. We have large venues and a larger theaters (including the 315 seat Ron Robinson Theater) will more seating capacity. So it’s worth the wait. Besides the Q is the place where you get a chance to interact with fellow movie goers, our volunteers and also see most of the festival action happen around you while you wait.
